A Pretty Little Liars design was requested by someone on Instagram, and since I watch/love the show, this is what I came up with. Blood-like splatter paint and some glitter; it's a simultaneously murderous and girly show.
This reminds me of something you would wear to a wedding or fancy party. Too bad I don't have any weddings or fancy parties to go to. I'm sitting at home watching t.v. instead.
Another cheesy doodle of an animal. Pandas are one of my favorite animals. (Fun fact: my other two favorite animals are porcupines and dogs.) Also, a special appearance from my thumb.
The title says it all. A bunny frolicking through the spring flowers. Happy Easter/Sunday to everyone!
And the water marble shenanigans continue. The only 2 fingers that were acceptable was the middle and ring finger. Water marbles will forever be my downfall.
Pokemon was my childhood, so I was pretty excited for these. I went with the original starter Pokemon: Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. Pokeball on my pinky.
My first landscape attempt. I finally had time to try cool stuff like this, thanks to spring break. I am unbelievably proud of how this turned out.
I've seen this design floating around, and I wasn't really planning on doing it, but it was requested on Instagram so here you go! I got to use the sugar spun technique a little bit for this, so that was super exciting.
Obviously I couldn't fit the whole cover on my teeny tiny nails, but you get the idea. I actually did a Gatsby inspired design about 8 months ago, when I didn't share my designs, so I included the [embarassing] picture. Click "Read More" to see it. The improvement is crazy.
Second time I have used caviar beads, but I never keep them on for very long; they shed like crazy. They look freakin' amazing though!
Back to square nails finally! A bunch of flowers to celebrate. Usually they don't turn out that well, but these are seriously beautiful. I'm so in love.
I was staring at the coral-ish red bottle of revlon polish, and the gold and black bottle lead me to this. I seriously cannot wait for square nails again.
Shamrocks and green for St. Patrick's Day! A little rough around the edge and apparently I suck at painting shamrocks but whatever.
A photograph does not even begin to capture the magic of the blue glitter. It seriously seems to glow. I don't like how sparse it is though, so I added some more concentrated silver flakies under it.
This reminds me of the itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini song. I'm really excited for spring break if you can't tell.
I wish I could say the silver was just to make a statement, but really they are covering up my reverse stamping mistakes.
I am so in love with these! They were so much fun to paint, not repetitive at all. I waited until my nails were this long so I could fit as many emojis as possible. This is the last design I am posting with long nails; I'm chopping them off for a fresh start.
